THE PAUSE EFFECT – DIGITAL PRODUCT SERVICE AGREEMENT

This Agreement outlines the terms under which you (“Client”, “You”, “Purchaser”) purchase and access The Pause Effect, a digital audio-based offering created by Dr Eira Lee Nolan-Lönn (Eira Lee / Skriv In English AB) (“Company”, “I”, “Me”, “My”).

By completing your purchase, you agree to the following terms.

When I use the words “writing” or “written” in these Terms, this will include email unless I say otherwise.

1. NATURE OF THE OFFERING
The Pause Effect is a digital, self-paced audio experience designed to support emotional wellbeing, somatic awareness, and nervous system regulation.
It includes:
Access to 10 guided somatic audio practices each of 6-8 minutes in length
Ongoing digital access to purchased materials
Any additional bonus materials provided at the Company’s discretion

This is a non-refundable digital product.

No live coaching, individual support, or personalised guidance is included.

2. NO REFUNDS
Because instant access is granted upon purchase and the product is fully digital, all sales are final.

No refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations are permitted for any reason.

If you purchase The Pause Effect, you accept and agree that:
you are responsible for your decision to buy,
results vary from person to person, and
no refunds will be issued under any circumstance.

3. PAYMENT AND ACCESS
Upon submitting payment:
your purchase will be processed immediately,
you will receive access to the audio materials via the delivery system used at checkout, and
you are responsible for ensuring your device and internet connection can access the files.

If there are any technical issues with accessing the audio, the Company will make reasonable efforts to resolve them, but is not responsible for delays caused by software, email filters, platform outages, or user error.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content within The Pause Effect — including audio recordings, scripts, written content, exercises, branding, concepts, frameworks, and all derivative works — is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company.

By purchasing, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the materials for your own individual wellbeing.

You may not, under any circumstances:
copy
distribute
share
resell
upload
publish or
reproduce
any part of The Pause Effect for commercial or non-commercial use.

Doing so constitutes infringement and the Company reserves all rights to take legal action.

5. WELLBEING AND MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
The Pause Effect is intended to offer general information and somatic practices to support emotional, physical, and spiritual wellbeing.

It is not:
medical advice
mental health treatment
therapy
a substitute for professional care
a diagnostic tool
a crisis service

By participating, you acknowledge and agree that:
You are solely responsible for your own emotional and physical wellbeing.
You will seek licensed medical or mental health support where needed.
You will not use this product to replace professional care for anxiety, trauma, depression, or any clinical condition.
You understand that somatic practices may bring forward emotions, and you will proceed with care and self-responsibility.

If you are currently under the care of a healthcare provider, you should consult them before beginning any somatic or relaxation practices.

In an emergency or crisis, contact your local emergency services or hotline immediately.

6. NO GUARANTEES
Every nervous system is different.

While The Pause Effect is created with skill, intention, and therapeutic-informed practice, the Company does not guarantee:
particular outcomes
emotional states
physical results
psychological changes
or any specific transformation

Your experience will be your own.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for:
any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
emotional responses during or after using the audios
decisions you make based on the content
interruptions, delays, or platform issues outside the Company’s control

The total liability of the Company shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

8. CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY
Any personal or sensitive information shared in emails or communications will be treated as confidential.

I will not share your personal data with third parties except as required by law or for administrative purposes (e.g., payment processing).

9. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Sweden, and any disputes shall be handled in Stockholm, Sweden.

AGREEMENT
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:
you have read and understood this Agreement,
you agree to all terms without exception,
and you waive your right to chargeback or dispute the payment.
